Some of our games use platform services such as Apple Game Center and Google Play Games Services to provide leaderboards, achievements, sign-in or similar features. These services are provided by Apple or Google, not by us, and they may process information such as your platform account, profile name, scores, achievements and related gameplay activity according to their own privacy policies and account settings.

Where a game uses these services, please check the relevant platform privacy information to understand how your data is handled and what choices are available to you.

Many of our games are free to download and play. To support our independent studio, we may show ads in our games. We aim to do this responsibly and with trusted advertising providers.

Our current advertising setup uses Google AdMob as the advertising and mediation platform. Google AdMob may also mediate ads from other advertising partners. For the current Checkers/Draughts setup, Unity Ads is an advertising partner used through AdMob mediation. The exact partners available in a particular app may change over time and may be shown in the consent message presented in the app where required.

Advertising providers may collect and process information such as device identifiers, approximate location, app activity, ad interaction data, diagnostic information and other information needed to deliver, measure, limit, secure and improve ads. Depending on your choices and the applicable law, this may include data used to personalise ads or to serve non-personalised or limited ads.

Where required by law, including for users in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom and Switzerland, we ask for your consent through a privacy message shown in the app. This message may ask whether you agree to the use of cookies or similar local storage and to the collection, sharing and use of personal data for advertising purposes.

The privacy message may be shown when you first open the app, after reinstalling the app, when your previous choices need to be refreshed, or when our advertising setup changes in a way that requires a new choice.

If you do not give consent, or if you later withdraw consent, we may show non-personalised ads or limited ads where available, or we may stop showing ads where advertising providers cannot serve ads without the required consent. Non-personalised and limited ads are not based on your interests, but they may still use limited data for purposes such as ad delivery, frequency capping, aggregate reporting, fraud prevention and security.

You can change your mind and review your privacy choices from the privacy or consent options made available inside the app, where supported. You can also use the privacy and advertising settings provided by your device, operating system, app store account and advertising providers.

Our games are intended for a general audience unless a specific app store listing says otherwise. Some privacy laws require special handling for children or users below a certain age. Where required, our apps or advertising partners may use age-related settings, consent settings or other safeguards so that personalised advertising is not shown to users who are not eligible for it.

Parents and legal guardians should review the privacy and parental-control settings available on the relevant device, app store account and platform services such as Apple Game Center or Google Play Games Services.

Our website and our apps, or the third-party services used by them, may use cookies, mobile advertising identifiers, local storage or similar technologies. These may be used to remember choices, provide platform features, deliver and measure ads, prevent fraud, improve reliability and generate aggregate reporting.
